Return policy

What is the return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at noora@impuls.fi!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged products. If any of these apply, contact us at noora@impuls.fi and send photos of incorrect/damaged products and we will sort it out for you.

Can I exchange the product for another size/color?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you're not sure which size fits better, check out ours
size charts - we have one for every product in our store in the product description section.

Although it is rare, it is possible that the product you ordered has been mislabeled. If so, send us a message to noora@impuls.fi within a week of receiving your order. Include
order number and pictures of the wrongly labeled product, and we will send you a new one or give you one refund!
