How is your product made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations all over the world, so depending on where you are, your order will be printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
The books are produced in cooperation with the LULU service. Lulu is a print-on-demand company, so all physical products purchased must be printed and bound before they are shipped to you. The normal production time is about 3-5 business days.
Other products are ordered through the Pintify service or through other similar pod services.
The texts and illustrations of the products are created with the help of artificial intelligence. In practice, the artificial intelligence is guided by various requests and prompts to implement, form and modify the images and texts into the desired form.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about the topic
your tracking or shipment, send us a message to noora@impuls.fi.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please send us an email to noora@impuls,fi within a week and include photos of the damaged product, your order number and all other information about your order. We will return to the matter as soon as possible!
