Delivery
When will I receive my order?
The products are delivered as a print-on-demand service. So, in practice, they are printed at the stage when your order has been received.
It usually takes 1-7 days for the order to be filled and then shipped. Delivery time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3-6 business days
● Europe: 6-10 business days
● Australia: 2-16 business days
● Japan: 4-10 business days
● International: 10-22 business days
Where will my order be sent from?
We cooperate with a company that does custom work with facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs and tax charges. This fee is out of our control and will be assessed by your local customs office. Customs policy varies greatly from country to country
check directly with your local customs office to see if those duties and taxes apply to you
for purchases.
My order should be here now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the shipping address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by neighbors in case the courier leaves a package with them
If the delivery address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or for you
neighbor, contact us at noora@impuls.fi and tell us your order number.
If you find an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but
delivery is at your own expense.
